Condition

This vintage Breitling chronograph from the early to mid-1990s, is a striking example of the brand’s aviation heritage, distinguished by its rich burgundy dial beautifully contrasted with gold sub-dials and an elegantly integrated date complication. The bezel features 18ct gold rider tabs, purposefully designed to enhance grip for pilots while also serving as clear markers for countdown or count-up timing, reinforcing both functionality and character. Powered by the renowned Valjoux 7750 automatic movement, the watch is running perfectly and delivers the robust, reliable performance for which this calibre is celebrated. Preserved in spectacular condition, it is further elevated by its original strap and signed Breitling buckle, whose tones complement the warmth of the dial, making this a highly collectible and visually compelling timepiece.

Dial - The dial looks spectacular and is in mint condition.

Crystal - The crystal is in near mint condition, there are a few extremely fine signs of wear, only visible under a loupe.

Case - The stainless steel case with bezel featuring 18ct gold raised markers is in brilliant condition, showing only extremely light and fine signs of wear.

Strap - This watch comes with its original leather strap and buckle, which is Breitling signed. This striking strap suits the watch perfectly and is in very good condition showing some wear.

Back case - The back case is original, in fantastic condition showing only minimal wear and age. All original markings are clearly visible.

Movement - Its original movement is powered by the ETA Valjoux 7750, which is one of the most famous, reliable, and widely used automatic chronograph movements in the watch industry. This movement is in excellent cosmetic condition as well as working very well mechanically. The watch is keeping excellent time within specification.
