Condition

This is a stunning vintage must de Cartier Paris with a quartz movement from 1988 with box, papers and all original parts including the strap and buckle. This beautiful watch is in incredible condition and features the Vermeil - 925 sterling silver case which is gold plated and an onyx dial with gilt diamond-shape markers and Roman numerals, gold sword hands and outer minutes rail track. This stylish timepiece is unisex, suited to both a lady and a gentleman. The Cartier quartz movement is working perfectly and keeping excellent time.

Dial - The dial is in exceptional condition for its age, beautifully clean, with only extremely mild patina, which is visible under magnification.

Case - The slim and elegant gold plated 925 sterling silver case is in fantastic condition, showing some fine wear on closer inspection and it has a little plating loss on the lugs.

Crown - The crown is fully original and works perfectly in all of its functions. Its fluted edge decorated with the Cartier iconic sapphire cabochon stone add a mesmerising and luxurious touch.

Movement - This piece encases its original Cartier quartz movement which is working perfectly and keeping excellent time. 

Case back - The case back is in brilliant condition and shows only extremely light signs of wear.

Strap - We have put this watch on a new, luxurious leather strap and re-fitted the original buckle. Also attached is the original Cartier strap, which is in fair condition.

Crystal - The crystal looks perfect to the naked eye, under a loupe it is showing very light scratches and imperfections.

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
