Condition

This is a superb vintage Cartier Must de Vendôme, dating from 1981 and presented with its original papers and strap. This elegant timepiece features a solid 18ct gold case enhanced by Cartier’s iconic Trinity design, incorporating 18ct yellow, white and rose gold throughout the case and signature claw-style lugs. The case back is solid 18ct yellow gold. The classic white dial showcases all the hallmarks of Cartier design, including Roman numerals with a hidden Cartier signature, a minute track and blued sword hands.

Accompanying the watch are its original documents, including a warranty card date-stamped 17 Jan 1981, service papers and booklets. Also included are our own Authenticity Guarantee Card, the original Cartier burgundy alligator leather strap and buckle. The quartz movement is running excellently and keeping accurate time. Presented in outstanding vintage condition, this Vendôme is perfectly suited as a unisex watch.

Dial - The crisp white dial remains in perfect condition with stunning fine spidering and no signs of wear.

Case - The solid 18ct gold Trinity case is in exceptional condition for its age and shows just very light wear.

Crown - The crown is fully original and works perfectly in all of its functions. Its fluted edge decorated with the Cartier iconic sapphire cabochon stone add a luxurious touch.

Movement - This piece encases its original Cartier quartz movement which is working perfectly and keeping excellent time. 

Case back - The solid 18ct yellow gold case back is in excellent condition and shows just light common signs of wear. All the markings are clearly visible.

Strap - This watch comes with its original crocodile burgundy leather strap, which is in good used condition.

Crystal - The crystal is in mint condition.
