Condition

This exceptional 1990s Cartier Santos Galbée showcases the classic bi-metal construction with a solid 18ct gold bezel, perfectly complementing the lightly textured ivory dial that has acquired an attractive warm patina over time, given it a distinctive vintage character that many collectors appreciate. The dial displays all of Cartier’s signature design elements, including black Roman numerals with the concealed Cartier signature, a chemin de fer (rail-track) minute track, and blued steel hands. Presented in spectacular vintage condition, this particular example has been exceptionally well cared for and remains in outstanding order throughout. It is running perfectly and keeping excellent time.

Dial - The dial is in fantastic vintage condition showing beautiful patina. 

Case - This piece features a stainless steel case which is in fantastic condition, displaying very light signs of use and retaining its original finishing beautifully.

Bezel - The solid 18ct gold bezel is in fantastic condition, showing only very minimal and fine wear.

Crown - The crown is original and in perfect condition, functioning flawlessly in all of its positions.

Movement - The Cartier quartz movement is performing perfectly, keeping excellent time within specification.

Case back - The original case back is in excellent condition, showing just light wear. 

Strap - The original Cartier bracelet is in excellent condition, showing only light wear. Includes 3 extra links.

Crystal - The crystal is in mint condition, maintaining perfect clarity throughout.
