Condition

We present for sale this absolutely stunning vintage 1960s JLC Manual Wind which is in outstanding and beautifully aged condition. To find a watch of this age in this condition is incredibly difficult. This model showcases a large, satin dial with crosshairs and arrow hands, keeping its style and elegance further with very fine indexes and its curved edges to complete the awesome 60s look. The movement is in fantastic condition both cosmetically and mechanically, the watch is keeping excellent time.

Dial - Beautifully aged with light marks and patina adding to the vintage charm.

Case - The smooth and polished stainless steel case is in excellent condition for its age, showing only light and common wear. 

Crown - The original, JLC signed crown works perfectly in its functions of winding and changing time. 

Movement - The JLC Cal. E284 is in fantastic cosmetic condition and is working perfectly for a watch of this age. 

Case back - The case back is also lovely and smooth, only showing a few common marks from tools. 

Strap - We have put this watch on a new leather strap which suits the watch perfectly and has a high quality and luxury feel. 

Crystal - The acrylic crystal is in great condition for its age and is showing little to no signs of wear, only minor imperfection under magnification and special lighting. 

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
