Condition

This is a rare and elegant vintage ladies’ Jaeger-LeCoultre cocktail watch dating from 1970, bearing a London import hallmark for that year. It features a striking silver-tone sunburst dial with painted black Roman numerals, housed in a solid 9ct white gold case. The beautifully brushed bezel gives the watch a distinctive, jewellery-like presence on the wrist. An eye-catching integrated solid 9ct white gold bracelet adds further sparkle and elegance. Mechanically, the watch is running smoothly and keeping excellent time within vintage specifications.

Dial - The dial is in fantastic condition, only showing minor signs of wear under a loupe. 

Case - The solid 9ct white gold case and bezel remain in fantastic condition for its age and show only very minor wear.

Crown - The crown is fully original, in excellent condition, JLC signed and is working perfectly. 

Movement - This piece encases its original JLC manual wind movement which is running very nicely and is keeping excellent time. 

Case back - The solid 9c white gold case back is in excellent condition, showing only light common wear.

Strap - This watch comes on its beautiful original solid 9ct white gold bracelet which is in stunning condition for its age. 

Crystal - The acrylic crystal is in fantastic condition, beautifully clear, showing litte wear in one spot on the side under magnification.

Box - Good condition for the age, showing some wear. 

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
