Condition

We have for sale this exceptionally beautiful vintage 1960s JLC wristwatch in solid 18kt gold, which is in absolutely outstanding condition. This classy timepiece features a timeless design, featuring baton shaped faceted indices and hands which sit on a stunning sunburst silver dial which is complimented beautifully by a faceted diamond effect crystal inlay. The watch is running perfectly, keeping excellent time within specification after a full service.  

Dial - clean condition. Showing little signs of wear. 

Case - The solid gold case is in outstanding and unpolished condition. It remains sharp and largely mark free. 

Crown - The JLC crown works perfectly in its functions of winding and changing time. 

Movement - The JLC mechanical movement is in excellent condition and is working absolutely perfectly for a watch of this age. 

Case back - The original case back is also solid gold and in excellent condition. There are a few light marks.

Strap - The watch still retains its original JLC strap which sits on an aftermarket buckle. 

Crystal - The acrylic crystal is in great condition for its age and is showing just very light signs of wear.

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
