Condition

This a stunning gold plated vintage Longines from the late 1960 that is still in excellent condition and shows just the typical light wear. The lovely, faceted baton markers look  striking against the mesmerising sunburst effects of the dial. The front of the case has gold plate which gives the watch some added pop and aesthetically it is the perfect combination in our view. The watch is in excellent condition showing minimal signs of wear. The movement is working perfectly and is keeping brilliant time well within specification. This timeless timepiece also has an additional story to tell with an etched signature on the back case.

Dial - Black dial is in excellent condition showing hardly any imperfections. The hands are showing their age; the luminescence remains bright.

Case - The gold plated case is in excellent condition with some scratches, but less you expect of a watch of this age. Ther is a little plating loss on the inside of lugs.

Crown - The original, Longines signed crown is working perfectly in all its functions. 

Movement - This piece is powered by its original Longines manual wind movement which is working absolutely perfectly for a watch of this age! 

Case back - The original case back is in lovely condition and shows light wear. All markings are niece and clear.

Strap - This watch comes with a leather strap which looks and feels amazing on the wrist.

Crystal - The acrylic crystal is in excellent condition and shows little to no signs of wear. 

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
