Condition

Here we present a simply beautiful vintage Longines from 1982 which judging by the condition has had relatively limited use. The champagne/gold tone dial displays elongated thin and faceted gold tone baton markers with stick hands, giving it a supremely elegant look. The watch has the added benefit of coming with its original guarantee and Longines box making it a full set! Mechanically the watch is running well and keeping excellent time within specification.

Dial - The dial is in near mint condition with just the odd tiny spot visible under magnification.

Case - The gold plated case is is amazing condition with very little in the way or marks or scratches leaving us to believe the watch has been hidden away for much of its life.

Crown - The Longines crown is performing all functions as it should.

Movement - The watch encases its original Longines Cal 6942 manual movement which is running nicely and keeping great time.

Case back - The stainless steel case back on this watch is completely original showing clearly the watch serial number. It is in superb condition and has a few minor marks and displays its original brushwork. 

Strap - This watch has been put on an aftermarket strap which has a luxurious look and feel. 

Crystal - The acrylic crystal is in superb condition.

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
