Condition

This is a very rare and absolutely stunning vintage Longines from the 1950s, The case is made from 14ct white gold and sports an attractive Florentine finish on the front whilst the dial has a contrasting vertical line finish with diamonds set at positions 12, 3 and 9 and a sub seconds dial at the base.  It is a perfect dress watch for a gent or lady. The watch is running perfectly and keeping time well within specification. As an added bonus the watch comes with its original box.

Dial - This piece features a beautiful vertical line finish on the dial with diamonds set at 12, 3 and 9 which looks fantactic against the florentine finish on the case front. The dial has some age spots which you really need magnification to see. 

Case - The 14ct white gold case is in excellent condition with just scratches and marks that you would associate with a watch of this age.

Crown - This particular piece has its original Longines signed crown which works perfectly in all of its functions. 

Movement - The watch encases its original Longines manual wind movement which is working flawlessly. 

Case back - The case back shows light signs of general wear and marks from tool use.

Strap - We have fitted a new leather strap.

Crystal - The acrylic crystal shows minor signs of wear.

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
