Condition

This is an absolutely incredible vintage Longines from the 1940s! This particular example is rather rare, featuring a beautifully aged vintage dial with blued hands and sub seconds encased in 9K gold case. The watch itself is in excellent condition for its age and shows limited signs of wear. This fabulous and classy time piece has just been serviced and is working perfectly, keeping great time within specification.

Dial - The dial is in beautifully aged condition exuding the perfect 40s look. The blued hands, sub-seconds dial and Arabic numerals are perfectly clear, well preserved and looking gorgeous. 

Case - The 9ct filled gold case is in brilliant condition and is showing signs of light wear!

Crown - The crown is in great condition and works perfectly in all its functions. 

Movement - This watch has just been serviced, it houses a manual wind Longines movement which is in perfect working order and is keeping good time well within specification. 

Case back - The 9K gold case back is in very good condition, showing some light signs of common wear.

Strap - We have put this piece on a high quality replacement strap which has a luxurious look and feel on your wrist. 

Crystal - The Crystal is in brilliant condition and is showing almost no signs of wear! 

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
