Condition

This ranks as one of the most stunning Longines Tank watches we have had in stock. Longines produced the watch to commemorate the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. It is plated in 18ct yellow gold and despite its age still presents as close to new condition. The design is fabulous with a textured/bark finish on the bracelet which extends onto the front of the case. The design incorporates a crown guard which takes up the best part of half of the right side of the case and looks perfect. The dial itself has a two tone finish with the hour markers finely engraved onto a chapter ring that also displays a textured finish. The whole combination just looks fabulous and there are five removable links for re-sizing if needed. This amazing time piece is in fantastic condition for its age showing just light wear throughout. The watch works perfectly and is keeping great time. 

Dial - Near-mint condition, gold sunburst dial.

Case - Near mint condition. Just very minor wear.

Crown - The crown works perfectly in all of its functions.

Movement - The watch encases its original Longines Quartz movement which is working excellently. 

Case back - The original case back is in excellent condition, showing only very mild signs of wear.

Bracelet - Superb 18ct gold plated. Minor oxidation in some of the gaps which you cannot see without a loupe and we have not cleaned so as not to disturb the fabulous gold plating.

Crystal - Mint condition.

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
