Condition

This is a stunning vintage Omega dating back to 1947. This watch might be 78 years old, but it still carries great presence and looks fabulous on the wrist. The combination of a large case size with the patinated off white dial which carries gold arabic numerals along with a sub seconds dial makes it a real find. It really is a beautiful watch and to make sure everything is as it should be we have just given it a full service.  The movement is running perfectly and keeping great time, well within specification. Dial - This Omega features a well patinated off white dial which has marks around the edge of the dial, but it actually works really well and suits the watch perfectly given its age.

Crystal - The crystal is in brilliant condition and shows little to no signs of wear. 

Case - The case is generally in very condition and shows just the normal signs of wear that you would associate with a watch that is nearly 80 years old!

Strap - The strap is brand new and looks and feels amazing on the watch. 

Back case - The back case is in good condition and holds a few scratches from tools which is common for any watch.

Movement - Following its service the manual wind movement is in excellent cosmetic condition as well as working very well mechanically. The watch is keeping time well within specification. 

Crown - The crown is original, Omega signed and fully functional.
