Condition

This is a true icon of mid-century design Omega Constellation from 1962. Housed in a distinctive two-tone gold-plated “dog leg” case, the watch features the highly sought-after pie-pan dial accented by stunning multi-faceted hour markers, luminescent Dauphine hands and a date complication. The watch is presented in beautiful original vintage condition showing a lovely, even patina that adds warmth and character. The officially certified chronometer automatic movement remains in fantastic both cosmetic and mechanical order. This timeless piece makes a superb addition to any serious collection or an everyday wearer.

Dial - The Pie Pan dial is in incredible and perfect vintage condition, showing lovely patina on closer inspection, adding vintage character, history and its original charm.

Case - The stainless steel case with gold plated bezel and dog-leg lugs are in excellent condition, displaying some light signs of wear and age.

Crown - The original, Omega signed gold plated crown is in good vintage condition, showing plating loss on the top. It functions perfectly in all its positions.

Movement - The movement is in fantastic condition, performing excellently, keeping very good time for its age. All functions are working as they should.

Case back - The stainless steel case back with a gold Constellation stamp insert is in excellent condition and retains all of its original markings, showing only very mild wear.

Strap - This piece comes on a beautiful new leather strap which suits the watch perfectly. 

Crystal - The original, Omega signed crystal is in excellent condition, showing minimal signs of wear.
