Condition

We have for sale a lovely Omega Seamaster Quartz which features a stainless steel case and a silver linen dial with silver baton markers. The watch is in great condition both cosmetically and mechanically. It has a fully functional date complication and is keeping perfect time. The watch also comes with its original box (missing the mounting insert) plus its original International Guarantee certificate which includes the specification page with the serial and reference number. 

Dial - The dial is in good condition with light patination in areas when viewed under a loupe. To the naked eye the dial looks to be in excellent condition with no visible flaws.

Case - The stainless steel case is in good condition and in particular the brushwork on each side of the case is excellent. 

Crown - The original crown is in great condition and works perfectly. To change the date and hour, pull the crown to the first position and rotate the hour hand clockwise through a 24 hour cycle. To change the minute hand, push the button within the crown for 5 to 10 seconds, release and push again. 

Movement - The original Omega 1342 Quartz is in brilliant condition, works perfectly and keeps excellent time. 

Case back - The case back is original and in good condition. 

Strap - The watch sits on its original Omega stainless steel bracelet which is showing scratches and general wear that you would expect from a watch of this age.

Crystal - The crystal is in great condition and shows minor scratches which  are barely visible to the naked eye.

For a watch of this age, this piece is in excellent order and is ready to wear!
