Condition

This is a super rare vintage Omega De Ville automatic date with a rare Unishell case. This model production had been run in a limited number of years between 1971 and 1976. This example is in incredible condition showing only very light signs of age with the brushwork on the front of the case still very clear and sharp. This model also features a rare brushed grey dial embellished with black and silver tone markers and a uniquely shaped monocoque case-back with one of Omega's signature features - half moons. It also displays a fully functional date complication. The red seconds hand complements the dial perfectly.  This fabulous watch is running perfectly and well within specification. 

Dial - The dial is in excellent condition with some minor spots and marks when viewed under magnification.

Case - The stainless steel case is in superb condition and is showing minor signs of age with some small scratches and marks as you would expect of a watch of this age.

Crown - The original Omega Signed crown is in excellent condition for its age and is working perfectly! 

Movement - The watch’s automatic 1002 Omega movement is in amazing condition and is working perfectly! 

Case back - This watch has a uniquely shaped monocoque case-back with one of Omega signature features - half moons. There are light scratches, otherwise it is in well preserved condition.

Strap - We have fitted a new leather strap.

Crystal - The acrylic crystal is in excellent condition with some marks visible under magnification.

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
