Condition

This is a stunning and unusual Omega DeVille Tank style dress watch from the early 1970s, which features a distinct, long rectangular, gold plated case with a gold dial displaying large Arabic numerals and fine leaf hands. The watch is working perfectly and is keeping excellent time within specification. It bears an inscription on the back, reading "D. E. Wright 11.7.72", which gives this incredible timepiece an extra piece of history.

Dial - The dial is beautiful and mark free, with light patina visible under magnification.

Case - The gold plated stainless steel case is in very nice condition and showing common light signs of aged wear. 

Crown - The original, Omega signed crown is in great condition and works perfectly in all of its functions. 

Movement - This model is powered by its original Omega 620 manual wind movement, which is in excellent condition, keeping very good time within vintage specifications.

Case back - The stainless steel and engraved case back is in great condition and shows some common wear. 

Strap - We have put this watch on a new leather strap which suits it perfectly.

Crystal - The original acrylic, Omega signed crystal remains in excellent condition with no marks visible to the naked eye and only very little wear visible under a loupe.

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
