Condition

This is an absolutely beautiful Omega Geneve Automatic from the 1970s. This example is in superb condition for its age showing just light signs of wear. The watch features a stunning sunburst silver colour dial which displays a fully functional date complication and black and silver faceted baton indices, hands and markers. Mechanically, the watch is working perfectly and keeping great time within specification. 

Dial - The dial is in fantastic condition and shows very little wear and age which is only visible under magnification. 

Case - The case is in excellent condition for its age and is showing light signs of wear. 

Crown - The crown is fully original and Omega signed. It is working perfectly and smoothly. To change the date, the crown needs to be pulled out to its first position and rotated. To change the time it needs to be pulled out to its second position and rotated. 

Movement - The original Omega Cal. 1012 Automatic movement is fully in superb condition both mechanically and cosmetically.  

Case back - The case back is also in great condition only showing some scratches from servicing tools. 

Strap - The original Omega bracelet and signed buckle are in excellent condition, showing minimal wear. The buckle can be a little stiff to open, nevertheless it works and looks and feels amazing! 

Crystal - The original acrylic, Omega signed crystal is in excellent condition, hardly showing any signs of wear. 

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
