Condition

This is a stunning vintage Omega dating back to the mid 1970s. Cosmetically, the watch is in superb condition for its age. Mechanically, it is running perfectly and keeping good time. Please study pictures as they form part of the description.

Dial - This Omega features a stunning and rare slate grey brushed dial which is in excellent condition. There is some paint loss around the lume spots and baton markers and a few other tiny spots on the dial which is very typical of ageing on this type of dial.

Crystal - The acrylic crystal is near perfect and only has some micro scratches which are hardly visible to the naked eye. The crystal also retains its original Omega logo in the centre.

Case - The case is in good condition for its age and show signs of minor use.  The brushwork on the front of the case is still very clear.

Bracelet - The bracelet is in good condition and shows some scratches as you would expect over time.

Back case - The back case is in original condition and holds a few scratches and marks.

Movement - The automatic movement is in excellent cosmetic condition as well as working very well mechanically. The watch is keeping time well within specification.

Crown - The crown is original and fully functional. The day is changed by moving the watch hands backwards and the date is changed by pulling the crown out once and advancing the date. 

Clasp - The clasp is in good condition showing some minor scratches.
