Condition

This is a beautiful vintage Omega that features a manual 601 movement which has been subject to a recent full service and is now keeping great time within 10 seconds per day which is brilliant for a watch of this age. Although this piece doesn’t come with box and papers, it will be presented to its new owner with a leather presentation box. 

Dial - This piece features a beautiful patterned dial which is in excellent condition and is showing no obvious marks. This dial is very uncommon and was only produced for a few models! 

Case - The gold plated case is in good condition for the watch’s age. There are a few tiny dents and small scratches which can be seen in the pictures. This doesn’t impact the overall look of this watch on your wrist. These are only things really noticeable at close inspection.

Crown - This piece has a replacement service crown which works perfectly and pulls out smoothly. There is a small signs of plating loss on the crown. 

Movement - As mentioned before, the manual movement has just been fully serviced and is keeping great time. Cosmetically, the movement is nearly flawless as can be seen by the pictures.

Case back - The case back is in excellent condition for its age. It is showing a few scratches from tools being used on the case back over the years.

Strap - The watch sits on a stunning green authentic leather strap. Despite not being the original strap for this model, it compliments the gold case beautifully. It also features an Omega buckle. 

Crystal - The crystal does have a few very light scratches which come with age. These are barely noticeable even at close inspection and don’t impact the overall look of this piece whatsoever. 

For a watch if this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
