Condition

This is a stunning manual wind Omega Geneve from 1970 featuring the fabulous Shantung silver dial with silver and black hour markers and hands, encased in a lovely stainless steel case. This example is in fantastic condition for its age including the mechanism which is working perfectly, keeping excellent time and well within specification.

Dial - The dial is in brilliant condition with the only marks towards the edges of the dial which are not visible to the naked eye and you need a Loupe to see.

Crystal - The acrylic is in great condition for its age with no visible imperfections.

Case - The stainless steel case shows some light scratching that comes with age. 

Crown - The original, Omega signed crown is in excellent condition and works perfectly in all its functions. 

Movement - The manual wind Cal. 601 movement is in fantastic condition both cosmetically and mechanicaly, running perfectly. 

Strap - This watch comes on a high quality new leather strap, which suits it perfectly and has a luxurious look and feel on your wrist! 

Back Case - The also original back case is in excellent condition, only showing very light signs of wear.

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
