This fabulous ladies’ Omega cocktail watch dates from 1958 and features a beautiful silver-tone satin dial, elegantly detailed with distinct Dauphine hands, quarterly Roman numerals and arrow-tip indices.
Its solid 9ct gold case and original integrated four-part woven bracelet were made in England by the renowned Dennison Watch Case Company. Based in Birmingham, Dennison was one of Britain’s leading case makers, supplying prestigious brands including Omega throughout much of the twentieth century; an especially appealing piece of British horological history.
The generously sized bracelet has a stretch clasp mechanism and can be adjusted by a jeweller through removal of links for a perfect fit. Powered by a reliable Omega manual-wind movement, this exquisite timepiece has been fully serviced, is running perfectly, and keeps excellent time within vintage specifications. The watch is supplied with an Omega box.
Dial - The dial is in excellent condition, showing only light signs of age and wear under a loupe.
Case - The 9ct gold case is in excellent condition showing just light signs of wear.
Crown - The crown is a period service replacement and works perfectly in its functions of winding and changing time, showing age commensurate with the age of the watch.
