Condition

This is really a superb Omega which features an angled case shape. The watch is in fantastic overall condition and has a fully functioning date complication. This is the first such example of this case reference which we have found with its original box and papers. This includes the presentation box, International Guarantee (it states the case reference but not the serial number which was a common occurrence when these watches were sold). Also included are a guarantee and invoice from the jeweller that sold the watch in 1977 along with some service receipts. A nice collection of paperwork making it the perfect collector piece.

Dial - The silver sunburst dial is in clean condition for its age showing minor wear.

Case - The stainless steel case is in nice condition showing just light wear.

Crown - The original, Omega signed crown is in excellent condition and works perfectly.

Movement - This piece is powered by its original Omega 1030 movement which is keeping excellent time.

Case back - The case back is in excellent condition showing light signs of wear.

Strap - We have put the watch on a brilliant leather strap which suits the watch perfectly and has a luxurious look and feel.

Crystal - The crystal is in excellent condition with some minor wear around the edges and the odd tiny mark which are difficult to see without a Loupe.

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
