Condition

This is a beautiful manual wind Omega Geneve from 1972. The feature of this watch is the imposing and superb silver brushed dial with a date complication. This example is in lovely condition for its age, it is keeping good time, well within specification! 

Dial - The dial is in near mint condition and shows little signs of wear. 

Crystal - The watch retains its original acrylic with the Omega logo in the centre. There are some minor marks which are more visible in certain light.

Case  - The case on this watch is in good condition and shows the usual signs of wear that you would associate with a watch of this age. Please refer to the photographs as these form part of the description.

Crown - The watch features its original crown which works perfectly. It has suffered from plating loss over the years.

Movement - The movement is running very well. This is a manual wind movement which needs to be wound before use. This is done by turning the crown clockwise 20-30 times, and then around 10-15 times per day afterwards. It is also in great cosmetic condition.
