Condition

This is an absolutely gorgeous vintage solid 9ct yellow gold Omega Manual Wind from 1958 which has a superb and original champagne coloured dial with a sub second at the number 6 position. The combination of gold tone arabic numerals and arrow markers make for a very attractive dial configuraion encased in a lovely 9ct gold case. lMechanically, this piece is working perfectly and is keeping great time, well within specification.

Dial - The original dial has been very well preserved indeed with just a handful of very minor minute spots when viewed under magnification. It is a really lovely example, especially for a watch of this age.

Case - The solid gold case is in excellent condition, showing wear that you would expect of any watch this age.

Crown - The crown is in excellent condition and is in full working order. 

Movement - The Omega manual wind movement is working perfectly in all functions, keeping great time.

Case back - The 9k gold case back is in excellent condition showing scratches from tool wear and age.

Strap - We have fitted a brand new leather strap.

Crystal - The acyrlic is in excellent condition with no visible marks.

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
