Condition

This is an absolutely gorgeous and perfectly preserved 9K solid gold Omega manual wind form 1961, which, clearly, has been treasured as a valuable gift rather than worn for all these years! This model features a beautiful dial with glinting facetted baton indexes and hands as well as hosting a small seconds function. This watch is excellent condition both mechanically and cosmetically, working perfectly and keeping excellent time within specification. It also benefits from engraved dedication on the back which gives this incredible timepiece an additional story to tell.

Dial - This model features a stunning dial which only contains the usual few specks of flakes due to age visible under loupe, otherwise the dial looks very sharp and clean. 

Case - The 9K solid gold case is in excellent condition showing minimal signs of wear. 

Crown - The original, Omega signed crown works perfectly in its functions of winding and changing time. 

Movement - The Omega 268 Manual wind is in amazing cosmetic condition and is working absolutely perfectly for a watch of this age. 

Case back - The case back is also 9K solid gold and in excellent condition, showing a little dent on the outer part and a few minute light scratches. This watch also benefits from engraved dedication on the back which gives this incredible timepiece an additional story to tell. 

Strap - We have put this watch on a high quality leather strap which suits the watch perfectly and has a luxurious look and feel on your wrist. 

Crystal - The acrylic crystal is mint.
