Condition

We have for sale a lovely gold plated Omega Quartz from 1978 which features a beautiful, brushed dial that displays a fully functional date complication. The case back features a personal dedication which gives this vintage piece a story to tell. The watch is in great condition both cosmetically and mechanically. It is keeping perfect time. 

Dial - The is in great condition for its age, it is showing some dust and light wear under a loupe. The large hand has some flaking, please see pictures. The lume at the ends of baton indices are working well as is the date complication, which is in excellent condition. The watch looks nice a clean to the naked eye. 

Case - The gold plated case is in amazing condition and shows just very light signs of wear. 

Crown - The original crown is in great condition and works perfectly. To change the time please see the video below. This process will only need to be done once as it is a quartz watch and will continue keeping time even when you aren’t wearing it.

Movement - The original Omega 1342 Quartz is in brilliant condition and works perfectly. 

Case back - The case back is original and in excellent condition, benefiting from a personal dedication which adds another piece of history to this beautiful vintage watch. 

Strap - This watch comes with a high quality leather strap with an Omega buckle which looks brilliant on the watch. 

Crystal - The original and Omega signed crystal is in great condition and shows only very limited signs of wear. 

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
