Condition

This is an absolutely superb vintage Omega Seamaster Automatic which features a stunning uniquely patinated silver sunburst dial. The watch is in brilliant condition having just been fully serviced and what a dial it has! The red hue the lettering displays has come from a unique reaction of the lettering to conditions it has been exposed to. We have not see one like this before and the same efffect albeit more modest can be seen across the entire dial. It makes for quite a stunning effect and whilst it may not necessarily be for someone seeking a totally original and perfectly preserved example, for someone seeking a real talking point, this is it. Find another! 

Dial - The silver sunburst dial is in excellent condition with a fabulous red hue and lettering. There are a couple of minor marks towards the bottom of the dial which can be seen on the photographs.

Case - The stainless steel case is in very good condition and is showing light signs of wear due to age! 

Crown - The crown is original and Omega signed. It is working perfectly in all of its functions. 

Movement - This watch is powered by its original 552 Automatic movement which is working perfectly and keeping good time having just been fully serviced.

Case back - The case back is fully original and features the famous Seamaster logo which is rare to find on a lot of vintage Seamaster. 

Strap - This piece comes with a very high quality after market black and gold strap which has a luxurious feel on your wrist! 

Crystal - We have fitted a brand new acrylic.

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
