This Omega Seamaster Automatic Day-Date from 1976 is a striking example of Omega’s 1970s style. Housed in a large gold-plated case featuring intricate brushwork that remains in exceptionally well-preserved original condition it also includes a gold plated (on both sides) Omega bracelet. Its gold-tone sunburst dial with the radial pattern is enhanced by delicate brushwork along the dial’s outer edge where the minute markers are positioned at a subtle angle, adding depth and visual interest to the already dynamic finish. Powered by the reliable Omega Calibre 1022 automatic movement, the watch offers practical day-date functionality and smooth automatic winding. Mechanically, the watch is also in fantastic condition, running perfectly and keeping excellent time.

Dial - Brilliant condition, no visible marks, there are a few minute loose particles visible only under magnification.

Case - The case shows only very light signs of wear, with original brushwork remaining in exceptional order for a watch of this age.

Crystal - The crystal is original, Omega signed and shows little signs of wear under a loupe, otherwise it displays the fantastic dial clearly and sharply.

Back case - The back case of this watch features the famous Seamaster logo and is in excellent condition, showing light common wear.

Movement - The original Omega Cal. 1022 automatic movement is in brilliant condition, working flawlessly, keeping perfect time within specification.

Strap - This example sits on its original Omega bracelet which is gold plated from both sides and remains in outstanding original condition, showing little wear on the original buckle.

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
