Condition

Our favourite reference number, the Seamaster De Ville with a linen dial really has everything; a unique dial design with an attractive crown and in this instance in a stainless steel case attached to its original bracelet which gives the watch a real wow factor. Linen dial versions are never easy to find and at The Wrist Watcher we find they sell almost instantly! The watch is working perfectly and keeping time well within specification.

Dial - The linen dial is in great condition and shows minor signs of wear with a few marks which is very typical patination for these dials. Most of the marks are not visible to the naked eye and it takes a certain light and angle to see them in pure daylight The hands are showing some mild oxidation. Overall the dial still looks fabulous.

Case - The stainless steel case is still in excellent condition showing the usual minor scratches and wear you would associate with a watch of this age.

Crown - This watch features its original Omega signed crown which works perfectly in all of its functions. 

Movement - The watch encases its original 562 automatic Omega movement which is in excellent mechanical condition. 

Case back - The monocoque case back is in good condition, showing signs of age. The back features the famous Seamaster logo! 

Strap - The icing on the cake is that the watch still retains its original Omega bracelet which remains in excellent condition.

Crystal - The crystal is original with Omega logo in the middle and is still in great condition.

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
