This is an absolutely incredible and ultra rare to find Omega Seamaster DeVille from 1966. This watch is even more special as it is solid 18k gold with a particularly rare case reference and to top it all it comes with its original Omega International Guarantee booklet as well as the 'You and Your Omega' booklet along with a certificate of insurance that was issued at the time of sale. There is also the original presentation box and the outer box making this a full set for one of the most sought after dials, namely the linen dial which on this watch is in mint condition. It is an absolute stunner! The watch is working perfectly and keeping time well within specification.

Dial - To find a Seamaster De Ville with this dial is never easy. This is one of our favourite reference numbers and the dial on this watch can be classed as mint. Normally they suffer from the impact of moisture over the years, but not this one, it has clearly been very well stored and cared for. Even the hands are in superb condition.

Case - The 18k gold case is in excellent condition and shows some very light signs of wear.

Crown - This watch features its original Omega signed crown which works perfectly in all of its functions.

Movement - The watch encases its original 552 automatic Omega movement which is in excellent mechanical condition.

Case back - The case back is also fully 18k gold and is in great condition, showing only light scratches. The back features the famous Seamaster logo! It also bears the name of the original purchaser and his name features on the Certificate of Insurance giving the watch some lovely unique history.

Strap - The watch sits on a lovely brown leather strap which also has the original buckle.

Crystal - The acrylic is in excellent condition with no visible marks.

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
