Condition

This is a stunning vintage Omega manual wind from 1960. The watch is in lovely vintage condition showing some very slight signs of wear. Mechanically it is working perfectly and has just been fully serviced by our watchmaker and is keeping great time, well within specification. 

Dial - This model features an amazing off white dial which which has some patina spots clustered around the 3. The watch has an attractive dial configuration with the silver coloured dauphine hands and baton markers.

Case - The stainless steel case is in superb condition with just very minor scratches. Please see images to confirm condition. 

Crown - This piece features its original Omega signed crown which works perfectly in all of its functions. 

Movement - The watch encases its original Omega 520 Manual wind movement which is working perfectly. 

Case back - The original case back is in excellent condition and shows just light signs of wear. It also bears an inscription celebrating loyal service from 1916 to 1960. How many people today will be working in the same institution for almost their entire working life!

Strap - The watch has been put on a lovely new leather strap which has a luxury look and feel on your wrist. 

Crystal - The acrylic crystal is in excellent condition and shows just light scratches which are not visible to the naked eye.

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
