Condition

This is an absolutely stunning vintage Rolex Datejust reference number 16030 from 1982 which features a timeless stainless steel case with fluted bezel and a silver-tone sunburst dial and a date complication viewed through the iconic Rolex cyclops lens. This piece remains in fantastic condition, showing only very light wear and it is working perfectly in all its functions, keeping excellent time within specification. The Rolex 3035 was a next generation movement introduced in around 1977 and was a significant advancement on its predecessor, the 1570 with a higher beat rate giving better accuracy. This piece is a full set coming with its original stamped guarantee, Rolex DateJust booklet and inner and outer presentation box. 

Dial - Fantastic condition, with no visible signs of wear.

Case - This piece features a stainless steel case with a stunning fluted bezel, which is in fantastic condition and shows only light signs of use. 

Crown - The crown is its original Rolex screw down and is in excellent condition and works perfectly in all of its functions. 

Movement - This model houses its original Rolex Calibre 3035 automatic movement which is flawless in every way. The watch has been serviced recently and is keeping fantastic time for a watch of this age. 

Case back - The case back is original with all of its Rolex markings on the inner. It shows common light signs of wear from use over its decades of life. 

Strap - The watch sits on its original Jubilee bracelet which is in excellent condition showing some flex as you would expect of a watch of this age.

Crystal - Excellent condition with some marks visible under magnification.
