We are proud to present for sale this absolutely breathtaking Rolex Oyster Perpetual from the 1950s featuring an incredibly beautiful combination of intricate details of hands, markings and faceted leaf indices on this magnificent timeless watch. This watch is in gorgeous vintage condition and is working perfectly in all its functions, keeping excellent time. This fabulous timepiece also benefits from an engraved dedication on the back case which adds another story to tell.

Dial - The dial has the perfect vintage patination! All the markers retain their glint and shine, the hands are showing their age with the luminescence is still working, but not at the ends of indices, all adding to the 50s vintage charm.

Case - This piece features a gold plated stainless steel case which is in great condition, showing signs of use which do not detract from the overall good looks of the watch.

Crown - The crown is its original Rolex screw down and is in excellent condition and works perfectly in all of its functions. 

Movement - This model houses its original Rolex Calibre 1030 automatic movement which is brilliant in every way, keeping fantastic time for a watch of this age. 

Case back - The case back is original with all of its Rolex markings on the inner. It shows only mild signs of wear from use over its decades of life. 

Strap - We have put this watch on a new high quality leather strap which looks and feels amazing on the wrist.

Crystal - The watch features an acrylic crystal which was standard for Rolexes of this era. The crystal is in fantastic condition showing some signs of wear.
