Condition

Presented in fantastic condition is this timeless 18kt solid gold Rolex Oyster Perpetual from the early 1970s. This piece features an amazing and original white dial with printed roman numerals and prominent gold tone baton markers, all of which still have their aged Tritium markers present. It is a really pretty dial configuration which is complemented perfectly with the fluted 18kt gold bezel.  This particular example has the added bonus of coming with its original guarantee! The watch is in spectacular condition and is running perfectly with the movement being in exceptional mechanical order. 

Dial - Near mint condition with the odd tiny mark.

Case - The 18kt solid gold case is in excellent condition and shows only light signs of use. The brushwork on the front of the case is still very clear and has not been polished away as is often the case.

Crown - The crown is its original Rolex screw down and is in excellent condition and works perfectly in all of its functions. 

Movement - This piece encases its original 1570 Rolex self winding movement which again is in perfect working condition.

Case back - The case back is original with all of its Rolex markings on the inner. It shows light common signs of wear from use over its decades of life. 

Bracelet - We have fitted a new leather strap.

Crystal - The acrylic is in excellent condition with no visible marks.
