Condition

Presented in fantastic vintage condition is this timeless Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date from the late 1950s! This fully 9ct gold piece features an amazing and original sunburst dial which displays crisp applied text and baton markers and a date complication viewed through the Rolex Cyclops lens. This watch was fully serviced, running perfectly with the movement being in excellent mechanical order. 

Dial - The sunburst dial is in fantastic condition for its age, showing some lovely light patina, adding to its vintage charm and value. 

Case - The solid 9ct gold case is in very nice condition and shows some signs of use over the decades of its life. 

Crown - The crown is its original Rolex screw down and is in excellent condition and works perfectly in all of its functions. 

Movement - This piece encases its original 1570 Rolex automatic movement which again is in perfect working condition. This watch has been fully serviced.

Case back - The case back is original with all of its Rolex markings on the inner. It shows light common signs of wear from use over its decades of life. 

Bracelet - We have put this fabulous timepiece on a new, high quality bracelet which suits the watch perfectly.

Crystal - Fantastic condition with cyclops magnification on the date window.
