Condition

Presented in fantastic vintage condition is this timeless Rolex Oysterdate Precision from the 1960s. This piece features an amazing sunburst dial which displays original and crisp applied text and a fully functional date complication. The watch is in very nice vintage condition and is running perfectly with the movement being in exceptional mechanical order. Although this watch does not have its original box and papers, it will be presented to its new owner in a luxurious presentation box. 

Dial - The sunburst dial is in beautiful vintage condition and shows little signs of wear. 

Case - The case is in fantastic condition and shows light signs of use. 

Crown - The crown is its original Rolex signed screw down and is in excellent condition, working perfectly in all its functions. 

Movement - This piece encases its original Rolex manual wind movement which again is in perfect working condition. We have had this piece fully serviced. To wind the watch the crown is unscrewed and pulled out ever so slightly and rotated clockwise. Please don’t force the winding of the watch. It becomes evident when the watch is fully would as you will feel resistant. Do not try to wind past this point. To change the time and date the crown will need to be pulled out to its furthest position and rotated forward. 

Case back - The original case back with all of its Rolex markings on the inner side is in excellent condition showing minimal wear and age.

Bracelet - We have put the watch on a new strap which looks and feels great. 

Crystal - The watch features its original acrylic crystal which features a domed cyclops lens to view the date. Its 2.5x magnification allows the date to be viewed with ease and clarity. The crystal itself is in great condition showing just very minor signs of use only visible under magnification.
