Condition

This is an exceptional and truly stunning vintage Rolex cocktail Precision line watch dating back to 1955 in fantastic condition. This elegant timepiece features a satin dial encased in a solid 9ct gold case paired with its original, 9ct gold Rolex bracelet, both of which are preserved in outstanding condition for their age. Mechanically, the watch is running very well and keeping excellent time within specification. This watch is presented with an original Rolex inner and outer boxes and represents a rare opportunity to own an authentic and highly desirable vintage Rolex from an important period in the brand’s history.

Dial - The beautiful dial with gold markers and hands has been well preserved and remains in excellent vintage condition with only light sins of age, which are visible under magnification.

Case - The solid 9ct gold case is in fantastic shape for a watch of this age and shows just light signs of wear. 

Crown - The large and easy to operate period replacement crown works perfectly in all of its functions and remains in excellent vintage condition.

Movement - The watch encases its original Rolex manual wind movement which is working brilliantly and keeping excellent time. 

Case back - The original case back shows light signs of wear, still displaying the Rolex stamp and serial number clearly. 

Strap - This piece has an amazing original solid 9ct gold Rolex adjustable bracelet, which is in brilliant condition! It shows only very light wear.

Crystal - The crystal is beautifully clear, with only light signs of age on edges, visible under magnification.
