Condition

Presented in a near pristine condition for its age is this timeless, 9K gold Rolex Oysterdate Precision from the late 1950s! This piece features an amazing white satin dial which displays original and crisp applied text, gold leaf hands and a combination of 3-6-9-12 Arabic numerals and raindrop indexes. The 9K gold case is quite uniquelly fully fluted on its sides including the outer edges of lugs which makes the watch look super stylish even from a side profile. The watch is in turly stunning condition and is running perfectly with the movement being in exceptional mechanical order.

Dial - The dial is in fantastic condition for such age and shows very little signs of age and wear. 

Case - The case is in fantastic condition and shows extremely light signs of use. 

Crown - The crown is its original screw down and is in excellent condition, working perfectly in all its functions. 

Movement - This piece encases its original Rolex manual wind movement which again is in perfect working condition. Although not serviced by us, after testing we can see that from the movement’s health and timekeeping ability it is evident that the watch has been serviced recently. To wind the watch the crown is rotated clockwise. Please don’t force the winding of the watch. It becomes evident when the watch is fully wound as you will feel resistance. Do not try to wind past this point. To change the time the crown will need to be lightly pulled out and rotated forward or backward. 

Case back - The 9K gold original case back with all of its Rolex markings on the inner side is in excellent condition showing minimal wear if any.

Bracelet - The watch comes with a new leather strap which looks and feel absolutely amazing on the wirst.

Crystal - The watch features its original acrylic crystal which is in fantastic condition showing just very minor signs of use only visible under magnification.
