Condition

This is the legendary 2017 Seiko Prospex Samurai Automatic Diver, renowned for its distinctive Japanese character. This model features the highly sought-after black waffle-textured dial combined with the bold and unique "Samurai" design, with its sharp, sword-like aesthetics.

The large, pointed hands resemble Japanese Katana swords, while the sharply faceted case and lug shapes give the watch a unique presence that stands apart from the rounded designs of most dive watches. The angular surfaces appear as if they have been carved by a sword blade, and they interact beautifully with light, making this watch truly distinctive.

The Samurai also excels in practicality, with Seiko's renowned LumiBrite generously applied to the oversized hands and substantial hour markers, resulting in an exceptionally bright and long-lasting glow in low-light conditions. Instead of using the more traditional coin-edge pattern on the unidirectional bezel and screw-down crown, this watch features rugged cross-hatched knurling, providing excellent grip.

This watch is presented in near-new condition, having been carefully owned and exceptionally well looked after. It is working perfectly, with the reliable Seiko automatic movement running exactly as it should and all functions operating correctly.

Dial - Mint condition.

Case - The case and bezel are in brilliant condition, showing only very minimal signs of wear. 

Crown - The original crown is in brilliant condition and works perfectly in all its functions.

Movement - The watch encases its original Seiko Automatic movement which is working perfectly. 

Case back - The original case back is in excellent condition, showing only very mild signs of wear.

Strap - The original bracelet is in fantastic condition, showing only very light wear.

Crystal - The crystal is in near mint condition.
