Condition

We present for sale this amazing Chronograph from Tissot which was made in the mid 1970s. This has one of the best dial designs incorporating lumed baton markers which have aged perfectly providing a lovely colour contrast with the stunning black dial. At the 3 o'clock position sits a 30 minute subdial with a distinctive red hand. At the 6 o'clock position you will find a date window above which is the signed 'Seastar Navigator'. At the 9 o'clock position a further sub dial provides seconds with a white hand. To top it all off you have a distinctive red hand for the outer chronograph/seconds timing. The lume colour on the hour and minute hands matches that of the baton markers all of which provides for a very attractive dial configuration. The chronograph element starts and stops as it should and the re-set button is working correctly. The stainless steel case has a brushed front with polished sides. The tachymeter black bezel is still in very sharp condition. The watch also reatins its original Tissot crown. The watch is in fantastic original condition and is working perfectly in all functions.

Due to the age of the watch we cannot guarantee its timekeeping for any amount of time after purchase. However, all of our pieces are checked with a timegrapher to ensure that they are running anywhere within +/- 30 seconds per day.

We cannot guarantee any water resistance due to the age of these watches.

Please note that when you first receive the watch. Automatic watches may need to be shaken for a couple of minutes to get them running well. This also applies when the watch hasn’t been worn for while.  

Returns

Customers may return their purchased item within 14 days of delivery date as long as the item(s) are returned in the same condition as received.
