Condition

This is a spectacular vintage Omega Seamaster Manual Wind which features a classy small seconds feature and a beautiful brushed silver dial. This watch is in excellent condition for its age showing just minor wear. This example has been subject to a recent service and is keeping excellent time within around 20 seconds per day. 

Dial -  The dial on this piece is in mint to near mint condition with no visible marks which is just an indication of how well this watch has been kept over the years. 

Case - The case is also in great condition showing some scratching and wear which is almost guaranteed on a watch that is 60 years old! 

Crown - The crown is original and fully operational in its winding and time changing ability. It is also in great cosmetic condition. 

Movement - The 269 manual wind movement is also in excellent condition both cosmetically and mechanically. 

Case back - The caseback features the iconic Seamaster logo and is original to the watch. Cosmetically it is in superb condition showing very light signs of wear. 

Strap - This piece has been put on a brand new high quality brown leather strap which suits the watch perfectly. It has a luxurious feel and fits the wrist very comfortably. 

Crystal - The acrylic crystal is in great condition showing just a few minor scratches which are only visible at close inspection in very specific lighting. 

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
